A CPOD is run on the same proven virtual career fair platform used by Eventiumâonly scaled down and branded specifically for your school. Once your institution signs up (at no cost), we build your event page, onboard participating employers, and handle the setup of virtual booths. Employers can showcase jobs, company info, and videos, while students register, upload their resumes, and begin exploring open opportunities tailored to their education and interests.
Our AI-powered matching system instantly connects students with relevant employers, allowing them to book 1-on-1 video chat sessions on the day of the event.
